ABOUT DANTE

I grew up in Los Angeles, California chasing a dream to play professional soccer whilst working for my family's business (Nino's Development) each summer. From digging holes, to mixing concrete, and installing marble slabs for multimillion High-End Custom Homes I fell in love with the industry.

As I went to college to play collegiate soccer and continued summers working with the family business, I was being pushed to take over the company after college and continue working within the family business. I quickly realized that I wanted to do something of my own. That's when I met my future business partner/soccer teammate (Simon), who shared a similar entrepreneurship mindset and decided to pursue different outlets.

Quickly after graduating I landed a corporate job in recruiting for a multi-billion-dollar Recruitment firm but I still continued my involvement with Nino's Development. From Bakersfield, we’d take weekend trips down to the Hollywood Hills to visit job sites, connect with architects, developers, and contractors, and grow our network within the development world. Simon and I quickly found that there was a huge problem retaining and finding good talent within the construction sector.

Combining my passion for construction along with my recruitment experience, and valuable network within the Los Angeles development world we quickly found a niche and a unique approach that gave us validation and quick success in a saturated industry of recruitment.

Now I look forward to partnering with the best construction companies and helping them succeed as a strategic recruiting partner.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

I love speaking to professionals who have been able to succeed and speak about the challenges they have faced throughout their careers. From the beginning stages of construction to the end product no one truly knows what is going on unless you've been part of a construction project.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

When I am not working, you can always catch me playing soccer, golfing, or getting a CrossFit workout in. On weekends I like to walk or run on the beach and catch some amazing sunrises and sunsets in Huntington Beach.
