ABOUT JAUVE

I come from a strong retail background, where I learned firsthand the importance of customer service, relationship building, and results-driven sales. That foundation gave me the skills to transition into recruiting within the construction industry, where I now specialize in connecting top talent with opportunities in commercial roofing and building products.

My retail experience taught me how to read people, anticipate needs, and create solutions on the spot—skills that directly translate to recruiting. Today, I apply that same mindset to sourcing hard-to-find candidates, consulting with hiring managers, and guiding professionals through career decisions with honesty and transparency.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

I’m passionate about the construction space because it’s tangible, impactful, and always evolving. Unlike many industries, construction allows you to see the direct results of hard work and collaboration—whether it’s a skyline-changing project, a state-of-the-art facility, or critical infrastructure that supports entire communities. What excites me most is connecting skilled professionals with opportunities where they can contribute to these transformative projects.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

I’m a die-hard sports fanatic repping the Raiders, A’s, and Kings through thick and thin. When I’m not shouting at the TV on game day, you’ll usually find me behind a controller. I’m all about Madden, NBA 2K, and MLB The Show, but I’ll switch gears for some Call of Duty or Battlefield action.
