ABOUT ALICIA
I've always lived in South Dakota and my first job out of college was at Menards working in the building materials department. I got to hear about the different projects customers were working on and I think it's amazing what people can build. I grew up watching the tv show "How It's Made" and when I got into recruiting, I was able to work with clients who built and manufactured all kinds of products. I've been in recruiting now for 11 years within the skilled trades division and still enjoy learning how things are made and helping clients find candidates to continue doing that.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
My favorite thing about construction is it's something that can be planned out on paper and brought to life by really talented people. My construction skills are limited, although I'm getting better at it, and I have great respect for those that have mastered those skills.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
Baseball, Football, Rodeos, Camping, Working on projects to the house and Holidays
