ABOUT KELLY

I am originally from the Las Vegas area where I grew up playing both individual and team sports; swimming, basketball, softball, and volleyball. I graduated from UNLV with a degree in Education. After a short time teaching, I embraced my competitive spirit at Enterprise, where I quickly moved into management. After becoming pregnant with identical twins, I decided to stay home and explore my love for fitness working part-time as a fitness and nutrition coach. My family moved to Fort Wayne, IN in 2019 where I became a founding coach at a boutique fitness club called Triumph Studios. I began leading boxing classes and today focus primarily on strength training classes. I discovered my love for recruiting when I returned to work full-time a few years later. With a passion for networking and helping people, a career in recruiting was the perfect fit! I come to Tiello with a background recruiting in skilled trades.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

I have a deep appreciation for skilled trades. With the shortage that we are currently facing in these industries, I am passionate about finding quality talent. I truly love making connections within the construction industry and assisting people in furthering their careers. 

What are some hobbies/Interests?

I love fitness. I enjoy competing with my prior goals and pushing myself to my limits. You can often find me running, leading/taking fitness classes, or playing tennis, pickleball and 2-on-2 basketball games with my family. I also like to cook, try new restaurants, and go see live music!
