Job Title: Entry-Level Project Engineer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000

Tiello has partnered with a well-known General Contractor in the greater Indianapolis, IN area on their search for an Entry-Level Project Engineer

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform data entry and tracking in Procore (load drawings, enter and track RFIs/Submittals)
• Send and manage bids for projects
• Collect project close-out documents
• Would require some time on the construction sites to get a full 360-degree view, and assist with quality and progress inspections and end-of-project punch out
• Assist Operations Manager and Project Managers

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of related experience (internships or co-ops count)
• Internship in commercial construction, project management, or estimating is often strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules is preferred
• Familiarity with project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) and exposure to field coordination or site walks is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word)
