ABOUT JONATHAN

From more than six years in construction to over five years in sales, my journey has allowed me to grow across operations, project management, and business development while learning and evolving every step of the way. Born and raised in South Carolina, I grew up in a blue-collar family who not only valued the trades; we relied on them. I still remember being about 10 years old when my father told me that I was now old enough to pick up a shovel and help dig ditches. Nearly a decade later, I became a project manager overseeing multi-million-dollar commercial operations. 

After moving to South Florida, I transitioned into sales, where I was able to fully commit to my passion of connecting with people. Utilizing my construction experience and developing my sales experience, I was able to venture into fields of luxury development and even health care, but always missed being hands-on in the construction industry. This is where I found Tiello, and the fulfilling opportunity to bring my passions and skillset to the table. 

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

Construction is often underappreciated, even though it's responsible for building much of the world around us, with countless unseen details behind every project. The home you live in, the schools you attend, the hospitals that care for you, all of these and more were built by the hands people you may never meet, with skills and tools you may never even know about. This alone brings a new level of admiration to the simple things we overlook in life. 

What are some hobbies/Interests?

Growing up in the Carolinas, you could often find me hiking and camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Since moving to Florida, I've grown to enjoy biking, playing pickleball, and on weekends you can hopefully find me somewhere on a golf course.
