ABOUT EVA
Being raised in Sweet Home Alabama, I grew up around the hardworking, blue-collar values that shaped my work ethic and appreciation for the construction industry. My dad owns a construction company, specializing in stucco work, so from an early age I was surrounded by job sites, craftsmanship, and conversations about the trade.
Professionally, my background has centered around communication, relationship-building, business operations, and helping organizations grow. Over time, I realized my passion was connecting people, creating opportunities, and building long-term relationships, which naturally led me into recruiting!
Transitioning into construction recruiting felt like the perfect combination of my professional strengths and personal roots. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and candidates while helping connect great people with opportunities where they can grow and succeed long term.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
My favorite thing about the construction is something my dad told me growing up, “Construction is an industry where learning never stops and creativity stays fresh.”
I love that construction creates something tangible and lasting. It’s an industry built on hard work, trust, and teamwork. There’s something rewarding about seeing projects come to life and knowing they’ll impact communities for years to come.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, cooking new recipes, gym time, long walks with my German Shepherd, and anything involving music.
Favorite book or famous quote?
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,” — Colossians 3:23 (NKJV)
I find strength and encouragement in my faith. This verse is a reminder to approach everything I do with purpose, integrity, and excellence while trusting God throughout the process. It encourages me to give my best effort in both my personal and professional life and to stay grounded in faith no matter the season.
