I’m born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where I worked as a healthcare professional before making the move to Naples, FL, with my husband and our three daughters in 2021. My path into recruiting was a happy accident—like it is for many of us—but it turned out to be a perfect fit. I’m passionate about helping people find roles where they can thrive, and there’s something truly fulfilling about seeing the difference it makes in their lives and careers. Every day in recruiting is an opportunity to create connections and make a real impact!

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

I love construction recruiting because it lets me connect with talented professionals passionate about building the world around us. It’s exciting to work in such a fast-paced industry where I can impact not just individuals' careers but also entire projects' success.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

I love traveling to new places, checking out unique restaurants, beach days, lifting weights, and having fun outdoor adventures with my kids.
