About Natalie Connect with me
After high school, I enlisted in the Navy and started college during service. When my service ended, I moved to Indianapolis and started my career as a Property Manager. During this time, I fell in love with the flip/turn process and soon shifted my career to construction!
I’ve worked with both large and small construction companies in the Indianapolis area as well as a wide range of smaller subcontractors in all 50 states on multiple high-dollar ($1M+) projects at a time. My main area of focus has been multi-family rapid renovations (Ask me about it! I’d love to tell you about this cool process if you aren’t familiar!) while dipping my toes into multi-family new construction every so often.
I found an ignited passion in the construction industry and now, as a recruiter, I get the privilege of matching distinguished construction professionals with their dream jobs! The positions I help fill are roles I’ve either done myself or worked closely with on a daily basis.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
Like most people in construction, I love the process of seeing a project come to fruition. Most people see a building in its final phase being utilized for the purpose it was created for. But what the vast majority of people don't see or understand is the countless hours, blood, sweat, and tears that go into a project. I have a huge appreciation and respect for the men and women that work in this industry.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my dog and my family, remodeling my home, and consuming all things true crime!
