Compensation: $27.00-$31.00/hour

Tiello is partnering with a leading manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal products on their search for a Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate to join their operations team in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role is a critical part of the company’s local logistics and production support - splitting time between local deliveries and warehouse/shop responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and safety-minded CDL-A driver who’s just as comfortable behind the wheel as they are jumping in to support warehouse tasks and general labor on the production floor. If you`re looking for a role that keeps you moving but also lets you be part of a tight-knit shop team, this could be a great fit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load, transport, and unload materials for local deliveries using a 24-foot gated truck and flatbed trailer
- Assist with order pulling, staging, and inventory organization in the warehouse
- Support general labor and assist in the machine shop when not on delivery runs
- Confirm order accuracy and obtain delivery confirmations from customers
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any issues or delays promptly
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification available)
- Keep delivery vehicles, warehouse, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company and DOT safety regulations
- Regularly lift and maneuver materials up to 75 lbs; frequent bending, kneeling, and walking required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Arizona Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Clean driving record and strong understanding of DOT/local delivery regulations
- Previous experience in local route delivery, warehouse operations, or both preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (will train and certify the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle a fast-paced, hands-on environment
