Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded Speciality Underground Utility Contractor based in Phoenix, AZ, in their search for a Foreman - Traffic Signals to support the growth of their Traffic Signal and Underground Dry Utility Division.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Traffic Signal & Underground Dry Utility Industry and will be responsible for helping lead successful Traffic Signal and Underground Dry Utility Installations and Repairs, local to the Phoenix area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Traffic Signal Construction projects
- Extensive knowledge in Traffic Signals, Underground Dry Utility, Installations, Repairs, and Testing
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers
- Oversee and manage Crew
- Work professionally and constructively with other Contractors, Teams, and Clients On Site
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain a Safe and Professional Work Place
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years managing projects for reputable Traffic Signal and Underground Dry Utility Contractors
- Traffic Signal, Underground Dry Utility, Installations, Repairs, & Testing
- Motivated, Hard-Working, and Team Player Mentality
