Location: Washington DC
Compensation: $115,000-$145,000

Company Overview:
Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects valued anywhere from $15MM+ in the Washington, DC area.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of commercial GC Ground-Up experience, and will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, internal team, subcontractors, and inspectors. The Superintendent and the Project Manager must work together as a complementary team.
Project Type:
New Construction across Retail, Commercial, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Schools, Hotels, etc. ($15M+)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project logistical plans and direct responsibility for developing and managing project specific safety plans.
- Coordinating material deliveries, developing project flow, and maintaining project master schedules and three-week forecasts.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes and possesses strategic foresight to predict problems before they develop.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial general construction experience.
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Willingness to travel or pass background/drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
