Job Title: Commercial Superintendent

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 (salaried)

Company Overview:

A leading commercial builder in the Minneapolis area specializing in retail, medical, educational and restaurant is looking to hire a Superintendent. The company combines cutting-edge technology with a family-oriented culture, delivering high-quality projects across the Midwest while maintaining a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and innovation.

Role Summary:

The Superintendent will need a strong construction background a variety of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Directing and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
• Hiring and managing subcontractors and on-site crews.
• Coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment from vendors.
• Maintaining daily logs of site operations and reporting progress to management.
• Troubleshooting on-site issues and making changes to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 8 years of commercial construction experience with a minimum of 3 years superintendent experience
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
