Location: Chino, CA

Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Chino, CA

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000

Tiello is seeking a diligent Staff Accountant to support financial operations, month-end close activities, and reporting accuracy across the organization. This role is ideal for an analytical professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles who values precision, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable and assist with accounts payable and payroll functions
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and inventory tracking
• Support internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Provide accounting support to management and assist with ad hoc projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with NetSuite by Oracle and Paycom preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity when handling confidential financial information
