Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 (salaried)

A leading commercial builder in the Minneapolis area specializing in retail, medical, educational and restaurant is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager. Role Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will need a strong construction background as the company has many projects that continue to come in.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closeout
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 8 years of commercial project management experience is required
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
