Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Location: Atlanta, GA (Metro Area – Northeast side)

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + Bonus (up to 10%)

Truck + Fuel Card + Allowance

About the Role

We are partnered with a leading commercial roofing contractor in the Atlanta area that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This position is focused on 95% reroof projects, typically overseeing 7–12 projects at a time.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, strong communicator, and systems-driven leader who can manage budgets, implement processes, and motivate teams while supporting the company’s continued growth. You’ll start with a couple of smaller projects and, as you adapt to the company’s systems, take on larger and more complex projects such as commercial facilities and churches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 7–12 reroof projects from small reroofs to large commercial facilities.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to ensure success at all levels.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and systems to maintain project performance.
• Build strong connections with clients and owners through proactive communication.
• Ensure projects meet KPI expectations consistently.
• Drive process improvements and help scale operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110k–$130k
• Bonus: Based on performance and KPIs
• Vehicle: Company truck
• Fuel & Travel: $500 monthly truck allowance, company fuel card, travel as needed
