Roofing Service Foreman
Job Description
Tiello has partnered with a leading Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Dallas, TX area that is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join their team. This role involves managing and performing roofing service calls within a 50-mile radius of Huntsville, ensuring quality and safety standards. Candidates must possess or be eligible for high-level military background clearance.
The Commercial Roofing Service Foreman will oversee service projects, and perform hands-on roofing tasks as needed. This position requires a proactive leader who excels in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform responsibilities with a focus on safety, integrity, and relationship-building.
- Coordinate and manage commercial roofing service calls, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Supervise and lead service crews, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, following company protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings (1 day in office) to review service calls and planning.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial roofing service, with expertise in systems such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage roofing crews.
- Clearance: Must possess or be eligible for high-level military background clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a client-focused approach.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing roofing tasks in various weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Experience working with military or government contracts is highly preferred.
Salary Range: $25-$30/HR, based on experience.
