Residential Roofing Project Manager
Tiello is excited to partner with a leading and fast-growing residential roofing contractor in Houston, TX, to find an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for overseeing residential roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Preparation: Collaborate with the Production Manager to review project specs, timelines, and requirements, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- Pre-Construction Coordination: Lead on-site pre-construction meetings with homeowners, sales reps, and crews to align on scope, safety protocols, and expectations.
- Team Management: Work closely with crew leaders to ensure proper materials, tools, and schedules are in place for efficient execution. Provide daily oversight to address challenges and support the team.
- On-Site Supervision: Conduct daily inspections, track progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage any change orders effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of job status, materials used, and any changes within the CRM system, ensuring transparency and organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of verifiable experience managing residential roofing projects, including replacements, repairs, and new installations.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential roofing systems, materials, and project management tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners, crews, and stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
