Pay: $100k - $140k + Bonuses

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead our quality assurance and control efforts across a diverse and growing project portfolio.

Position Summary

The Electrical QA/QC Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive QA/QC program across all active and upcoming electrical construction projects. This senior-level leader will ensure that installations meet all regulatory, code, and customer quality expectations while promoting a proactive quality culture company-wide. The Director will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide QA/QC program for all electrical construction projects.
• Review project documents (plans, specifications, submittals) to identify quality benchmarks and inspection protocols.
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and client specifications.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues by leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Train and mentor both field and office personnel on QA/QC procedures, standards, and expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and third-party testing agencies to facilitate inspections and address concerns.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, deficiency logs, and resolution documentation.
• Promote quality improvements in prefabrication processes and field installations to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of best practices and quality standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership capacity.
• Expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable industry standards.
• Demonstrated success in managing QA/QC programs on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with digital construction platforms such as Autodesk Build, Procore, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and enforce standards effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
