Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Tiello is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from start to finish - ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction every step of the way. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing people, processes, and projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with codes and standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and project documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of HVAC project management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Procore
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to job sites
