Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000

Company Overview:

Tiello is partnered with a Top Tier Healthcare and Commercial General Contractor based in the greater Los Angeles area, in their search for a Project Manager (Healthcare, HCAI, OSHPD, Hospital, Medical, Life Science, and Commercial Construction) to support Large-Scale projects in the Healthcare, HCAI, OSHPD, Hospital, Medical, Life-Science, and Commercial Industries greater in value than $100 M.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer in the Healthcare, HCAI, OSHPD, Hospital, Medical, Life Science, or Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for helping lead successful Large-Scale Construction Projects over $100 M.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all essential Project Manager job responsibilities
• Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and team.
• Perform cost estimating, budgeting and project forecasting.
• Responsible for schedules, change orders, billings, and monthly status reports.
• Ensure that the work is in compliance with City or County requirements and building codes
• Able to communicate with the owner and architect on key building information.
• Accountable for key project details and completion that lead to client satisfaction.
• Oversight of RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Subcontractor and Owner Billings
• Work hand in hand with Field Team to ensure successful Project Completion

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 7+ years as a Project Manager / Project Engineer managing large-scale projects for a reputable Commercial or Healthcare Focused General Contractor
• Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or similar
• Support job site construction and experience with self-perform work.
• Experience working on Large-Scale Large-Scale Healthcare, HCAI, OSHPD, Hospital, Medical, Life Science, or Commercial Construction Projects
