National Commercial Roofing Business Development Manager
Job Title: National Business Development Manager – Commercial Roofing
Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE/Travel)
Salary: $100k-$120k + Commission

Tiello is partnering with a fast-growing commercial roofing contractor to identify a National Business Development Manager. This high-impact role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in commercial roofing sales who is ready to take on a broader, national focus—building strategic relationships, driving revenue, and expanding the company’s footprint across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial property owners, general contractors, and key stakeholders across the U.S.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in priority regions.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target markets to drive long-term growth.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver consistent, profitable growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—estimating, operations, and project management—to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to closeout.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development experience in the commercial roofing industry, with a focus on national or multi-market accounts.
- Proven history of generating $4M+ annually in roofing sales.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to independently develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy.
- Familiarity with commercial roofing systems, estimating processes, and industry standards.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to travel as needed.
