Job Description

The Marketing & SEO/Digital Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content strategy, and data analytics to optimize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and leads for residential home services.
• Manage and optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO to improve search rankings.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email marketing, and social media strategies, to build brand authority and customer engagement.
• Implement lead generation campaigns to drive sales conversions and enhance the customer acquisition process.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to enhance marketing efforts.
• Develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation, preferably within residential home services or construction.
• Proven experience in SEO optimization, paid media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM platforms.
• Experience with website optimization, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
