Compensation: $80,000.00-120,000.00 + Bonuses

Tiello has partnered with an established electrical contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking a electrical estimator.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial electrical projects
- Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Conducting special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions
- Reviewing material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components
- Preparing reports and presentations to explain estimates and proposals
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure accuracy
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, including new software and technologies, to increase efficiency and accuracy in the estimating process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing safety protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Experience with construction management software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to and oversee job sites as needed.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. in field environments.
Additional Information
- Occasional travel to project sites will be required.
