Installation Technician - Fire & Security - Cincinnati
Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable nationally renowned Security Systems Integrator located in the Cincinnati, OH area. The role will be a key player in a rapidly growing company.
Job Title: Security/Fire Technician (Commercial)
Project Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, IP/network cameras, security alarms
- Installing hardware devices like readers, electric locking hardware, exit devices, power supplies, and wiring.
- Configuring IP networks for video surveillance and access control systems.
- Maintaining certifications for camera and access control systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Systems aptitude or certifications in EST, Avigilon, Lenel S2, Genetec, Milestone, Axis
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsible.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Leadership skills to guide and train apprentice-level technicians.
