Field Service Coordinator

Tiello is partnering with a leading commercial roofing contractor in the Phoenix area to find a Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage service operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of roofing services to clients. The Service Coordinator will work closely with field technicians, customers, and project managers to coordinate services, track job progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests for commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of jobs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Manage and track work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, field technicians, and vendors to ensure proper materials and resources are available for roofing projects.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided, including documentation for billing and warranty purposes.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain reports for service activities, tracking job progress, completion, and any additional customer needs.
• Monitor inventory of roofing materials and equipment to ensure timely procurement and availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all service operations.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance and repair services, handling customer requests and providing cost estimates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a service coordination or similar administrative role, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and roofing industry-specific software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and document service details accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client requests professionally and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and terminology is a plus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a service coordination or related administrative role, preferably in commercial roofing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of roofing terminology and systems is a plus.
