Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

Company Overview:

Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded Speciality Underground Utility Contractor based in Phoenix, AZ, in their search for a Foreman - Fiber Optics to support the growth of their Fiber Optics Division.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Fiber Optics & Underground Utility Industry and will be responsible for helping lead successful Fiber Optics, Structure Cabling, Fiber Splicing, Installations, Updates, and Repairs all local to the Phoenix area.

Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, Fiber Splicing, Installations, Updates, Repairs, Underground Dry Utilities, CMAR, JOC

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Fiber Optics Construction projects
• Extensive knowledge in Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, Fiber Splicing, and Testing
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers
• Oversee and manage Crew
• Work professionally and constructively with other Contractors, Teams, and Clients On Site
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain a Safe and Professional Work Place

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5+ years managing projects for reputable Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, Telecommunications, and Underground Utility contractors
• Fiber Optics, Structure Cabling, Fiber Splicing, Dry Utilities, Installations, Updates, and Repairs
• OTDR Fiber Testing Experience
