Tiello has partnered with an established electrical construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support their continued growth and company success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Initiate project kick-off and close-out meetings with the Project Superintendent, Estimating Department, and other staff to ensure a successful start-up and close-out of each project.
• Creating and managing project specific guides, including schedules, budgets, billing reports, and other documents as needed, to monitor the project progress.
• Verifying and evaluating the project estimate is within tolerance and designed for success.
• Submitting or managing the necessary project documentation, such as submittals, request for information, change orders, blueprints, specifications, warranty and other closeout documents, etc.
• Obtaining, directing, assisting, and/or advising subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintaining the project schedule and ensuring milestones are met, by assisting the Project Superintendent and Site Supervision in monitoring and organizing manpower needs.
• Monitor and approve the scheduling and coordinating the delivery/pick-up of materials, tools, and equipment for assigned projects.
• Provide a layer of financial control for the assigned projects and ensure that a high level of efficiency and responsibility is maintained.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• At least 3 years of commercial electric project management experience.
• At least 10 years of commercial electric experience.
