Tiello has partnered with a leading Electrical Contractor that is looking a Mission Critical Division Manager with an existing book of business to lead and grow our mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale projects such as data centers, telecom, and power generation facilities, while developing new business and fostering client relationships. You will oversee operations, ensure project delivery, and drive growth in the mission-critical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Leverage your book of business to expand client relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Division Operations & Project Management

  • Oversee all aspects of mission-critical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage a team of engineers, project managers, and field staff to execute high-quality work.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets for the division, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation.

Strategic Growth & Compliance

  • Contribute to the company’s strategic goals and expand the division’s footprint.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in mission-critical operations, with 5+ years in leadership. Proven book of business.
  • Skills: Strong business development, financial acumen, leadership, and technical knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent, industry-specific certifications (e.g., Data Center, BICSI) preferred.
