Division Manager (Underground Wet Utilities)
TIELLO has partnered with an established Heavy Civil and Underground Utility Specialty Contractor in the greater Phoenix Arizona area, on their search for a Division with experience in Underground Wet Pipelines to work on medium to large scale projects for Commercial Clients in the Greater Phoenix Area.
Job Title: Division Manager (10+ years Underground Wet Pipelines, Water, Sewer, Storm)
Project Types: Underground Wet Pipelines, Water, Sewer, Storm
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to oversee department at a High Level
- Assist Project Teams with High-Level Issues as the Present Themselves
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owners, Architects, and Contractors
- Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
- Manage project deliverables
- Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Skills & Qualification:
- 10+ years as Superintendent on projects for reputable Underground Pipelines, Wet Utilities Contractor
- Experience with Projects focused on Underground Pipelines, Wet Utilities, Water Lines, Sewer Lines, Storm Drains
- Experience working with Commercial Clients on Large-Scale Projects
- Present in a Highly Professional Manner
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is a plus
