Director of Finance/CFO (WWTP Construction)
Tiello has partnered with a highly successful wastewater construction company in Naples, FL on their search for a Director of Finance/CFO.
The Director of Finance/CFO will lead accounting and financial reporting processes for a growing construction company within the agricultural/farming sector.
Title: Director of Finance/CFO

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the accounting and finance functions and recommendations of growth strategies and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with sales and operations to establish accurate budgets, forecasts, and projections at project and company levels
- Develop, implement, and maintain consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs
- Develop and enforce internal controls for the receipt of revenue, costs, and maximization of protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
- Hands-on management and oversight of AR/AP
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years in managing and leading accounting/finance for a small to midsize company
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- A construction or agricultural background is highly desired
