Construction Controller

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in Las Vegas, NV area on their search for a Construction Controller to join their team.

Project Types: General Construction; Hospitality, Entertainment, Retail, Restaurants, Casino, Commercial (High-End Renovations & New Construction)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial policies
• Overseeing the accounting staff
• Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations
• Preparing and managing budgets
• Managing financial reports and documents, such as balance sheets and income statements
• Handling preparation for tax returns
• Performing financial risk assessments and doing internal audits
• Assisting with corporate financial decisions

Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management or Accounting
• 5+ years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Management position
• Knowledge in QuickBooks & Applicable Accounting Software`s
• Procore software experience

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year + Bonus and Benefits
