Job Title: Concrete Finishing Foreman

Location: Fayetteville, GA (This job requires 70% weekly overnight travel to SC, AL, TN and GA)

Salary: $28/hr - $30/hr

Company Overview:

Tiello is partnered with a long-standing Commercial Construction company in Fayetteville, GA in their search for an experienced Concrete Finishing Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roof deck projects.

This hands-on role involves supervising the placement and finishing of lightweight insulating concrete (LWIC), ensuring quality workmanship, crew safety, and efficient jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise concrete finishing crew on roof deck projects
• Ensure proper use of finishing tools (bull float, hand float, screeds, etc.)
• Monitor application speed and weather conditions, adjusting as needed
• Inspect finished work and make necessary corrections
• Communicate with ground crew and pump operators
• Maintain clean, safe worksite and enforce safety policies
• Assist with equipment maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of concrete finishing experience (roofing/deck preferred)
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a small crew
• Familiar with finishing tools and safe material handling
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Normal vision/hearing and ability to perform physical labor

Preferred:

• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• Experience with LWIC systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
