Tiello is excited to partner with a leading provider of commercial roofing solutions in their search for a Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator Leader to oversee the Reroof and Service Department in the Southeastern US. In this critical sales leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving growth, managing a sales team, and expanding the company’s presence in the region.

Position: Commercial Roofing Sales Leader - Reroof and Service Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Reroof and Service Department.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and the achievement of sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs through market research.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Commercial Roofing Expertise: Provide direct knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and teach team members how to do the same.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the commercial roofing industry, especially in reroofing and service projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience in market research, customer relationship management, and team development.
