Job Title: Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Location: Savannah, GA

Compensation: $80k - $85k + Bonuses

Tiello is partnered with a family-owned Commercial Roofing Contractor in Savannah, Georgia in their search for an experienced Superintendent for the SE region of the US.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Commercial Roofing field supervisory experience managing multiple jobs and crews.

Projects: New roofs and re-roofs

Job Duties include:

  • Quality Control on all job sites to include inspections on a regular basis
  • Conduct inspections with manufacturers
  • Daily communication with field employees & subcontractors
  • Monitor and report field progress of employees & subcontractors
  • Order materials & schedule deliveries
  • Coordination of proper PPE with employees
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries
  • Track & coordinate all field equipment (tools, scaffolds, etc.)
  • Attend weekly progress meetings
  • Conduct hand-off meetings with Foremen & subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Potential candidates must be willing to submit to a preemployment drug screening to be considered for hire
  • Clean driving record (no DUI’s or super speed tickets in the last 5 years)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Forklift and aerial lift experience & certifications are a plus but not required
  • 10-hour & 30-hour OSHA training are a plus but not required
