Tiello is thrilled to partner with a distinguished and rapidly expanding commercial roofing contractor looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager for their Oklahoma City Branch. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position: Commercial Roofing Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the service portfolio to increase revenue.
- Estimates & Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for service projects, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and aligning with customer expectations.
- Dispatching & Project Coordination: Manage and dispatch daily labor schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient deployment of teams for every service project.
- Branch Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, effective customer interaction, and alignment of team performance with company goals.
- Financial Accountability: Control project margins by monitoring costs, managing purchase orders, and minimizing overtime to maximize profitability.
- Safety Leadership: Implement and enforce all safety protocols, focusing on fall protection and OSHA compliance to ensure the safety of the crew.
- Hands-On Support: Provide on-site leadership, troubleshoot issues, and step in as needed to maintain project momentum and meet quality standards.
- Fleet & Driver Management: Ensure that all drivers maintain a clean MVR while managing fleet operations. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided for efficient site management and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Financial Oversight: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maintaining profitability.
- Roofing Knowledge: Familiar with commercial roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofs.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Skilled in labor scheduling and team dispatching.
- Safety Compliance: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client management.
- Estimating: Experience preparing estimates and proposals.
