Tiello is partnering with a leading and rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor in their search for a Commercial Roofing Service Manager for their Baltimore branch. This role will lead the service division’s daily operations—managing crews, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Build relationships with current and prospective clients; grow the service portfolio and annual revenue
- Estimating & Proposals: Prepare clear, competitive estimates and proposals for service projects
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Oversee crew schedules and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Team Leadership: Supervise service crews and ensure quality, safety, and professionalism on every project
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, manage purchase orders, and control labor/overtime to protect margins
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety standards and OSHA protocols, with a focus on fall protection and field compliance
- Field Support: Step in on-site as needed to troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving
- Fleet Management: Ensure all fleet drivers maintain clean MVRs and that company vehicles are operating smoothly
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including service leadership or branch-level management
- Ability to lead multiple crews and juggle several active projects at once
- Strong estimating and proposal-writing experience
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, and others
- Familiarity with dispatching, field supervision, and customer-facing service operations
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
