Commercial Roofing Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative with expertise in service sales, maintenance programs, and business development. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, client management, and cultivating relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling commercial roofing service agreements, maintenance programs, and roof restoration solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service sales or business development within the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong background in outside sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, business correspondence, and client reports.
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, develop solutions, and create customized proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial roofing sector, focusing on service contracts and maintenance programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and decision-makers.
- Develop tailored proposals and service agreements for roofing maintenance programs and roof restoration services.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Present roofing service solutions to prospective clients, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, and service delivery timelines.
- Attend job walks and site visits to evaluate client needs and create accurate roof assessments and proposals.
- Ensure that all contracts and service agreements are properly documented and executed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, maintenance solutions, and service agreement structures.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to close deals and drive sales revenue while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and offer effective solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, reference checks, and motor vehicle records review.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and utilizing CRM tools.
- Ability to attend multiple site visits for assessments, measurements, and follow-ups.
