Tiello is excited to partner with a highly respected and fast-growing commercial roofing contractor in their search for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in the Memphis, TN market. This role is a key leadership position within the company’s service division, responsible for leading crews in roof repair, leak resolution, and warranty work across a wide range of commercial properties.

Paying: $28hr-$35hr Depending on experience
As a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman, you`ll:
Oversee a crew of service technicians, ensuring quality repair and maintenance of commercial roofing systems while serving as a lead point of contact in the field. You’ll manage daily project execution, communicate directly with clients, and ensure safety and professionalism on every job site.
Responsibilities:
- Crew Leadership: Supervise and coordinate service crews on repair projects, call-outs, and warranty work.
- Roof Repair & Troubleshooting: Lead hands-on work identifying leaks, diagnosing problems, and executing repairs on TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roof systems.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day progress, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, on time, and to high standards.
- Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally while communicating with building owners, property managers, and facility teams.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow OSHA and fall protection protocols. Conduct daily job hazard analyses and enforce a culture of safety.
- Documentation: Ensure photos, service reports, and notes are accurately completed using company apps or tablets.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance to newer team members and ensure workmanship meets company and manufacturer expectations.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve challenges in the field and escalate complex issues to management when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in commercial roofing service work, including leak repair and crew supervision. Foreman or Lead Technician experience preferred.
- Roofing Systems: Comfortable working with single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), mod-bit, and sheet metal systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead small teams, train others, and coordinate workflow in the field.
- Technology Skills: Able to use a smartphone or tablet to complete reports, take photos, and track job status.
- Clean MVR: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle may be provided).
- Work Ethic: Strong communication, initiative, and integrity in all aspects of the job.
