Position: Project Manager – Commercial Reroofs

Location: Tampa, FL

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Benefits + Growth Opportunity

Tiello is proud to partner with a highly respected and growing Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Tampa area to hire an experienced Project Manager. This role will oversee up to 4 active commercial reroof projects at a time, working closely with 1–2 dedicated Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of up to 4 commercial reroofing projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Field Coordination: Partner with 1–2 Superintendents to oversee site operations and ensure milestones are met.
• Budget & Scheduling: Track costs, manage purchase orders, and maintain project schedules.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Documentation: Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports, and closeout packages.
• Site Oversight: Visit job sites regularly to monitor safety, quality, and progress.
• Material Management: Coordinate procurement, deliveries, and inventory.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, insurance, and all federal/municipal project requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial reroofing.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, Mod-Bit, EPDM, coatings, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with federal and/or municipal reroof projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
