Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 base + bonus, company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits

Roofing Project Manager. This leadership role will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects—ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver complete project plans, enabling success in safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental goals (SQDCME).
• Review project details with estimators, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and submittals.
• Oversee project setup—material orders, work orders, warranties, and submittal packages.
• Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and billing updates in the company accounting system.
• Conduct pre-job, in-progress, and close-out meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor projects to ensure contractual obligations are met and work is completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure teams have the resources needed for success.
• Report on project performance to leadership and participate in weekly department meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in commercial roofing or commercial construction project management preferred.
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods a plus.
• Understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, from bid to close-out.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
