Tiello is proud to partner with a highly respected and fast-growing commercial roofing contractor in the Phoenix area to bring on a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Manager. This key leadership role focuses on overseeing daily operations of the service division, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project specifications, architectural drawings, and roof plans to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project needs, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and submit project proposals and reports within established deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, materials, and labor costs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
  • Strong understanding of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, etc.).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
