About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established Pacific Northwest commercial roofing contractor that has been a trusted name in the industry for decades. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Spokane operations and oversee large-scale reroof, service, and new construction projects.

This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, respected company with deep roots in Washington and surrounding states, offering consistent project flow and strong long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Lead commercial roofing projects from kickoff through closeout
Act as the direct contact for building owners, general contractors, and consultants
Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules
Partner with superintendents and field teams to ensure productivity, safety, and quality
Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and warranty documentation
Proactively identify risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Metal)
Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and roofing systems
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license required
