About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established Pacific Northwest commercial roofing contractor that has been a trusted name in the industry for decades. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Spokane operations and oversee large-scale reroof, service, and new construction projects.

What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial roofing projects from kickoff through closeout
- Act as the direct contact for building owners, general contractors, and consultants
- Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules
- Partner with superintendents and field teams to ensure productivity, safety, and quality
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and warranty documentation
- Proactively identify risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Metal)
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and roofing systems
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license required
