Job Title: Commercial Roofing Production Estimator

Location: Clinton, MD

Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base + bonus

Tiello is partnering with a nationally recognized Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Clinton, MD area seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Estimator to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven and collaborative individual who’s confident managing takeoffs, job walks, and proposal preparation. Whether you’re well-seasoned in the industry or newer and eager to learn, this team is looking for someone hands-on, coachable, and committed to long-term growth in commercial roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to prepare accurate job estimates
• Attend job walks, perform roof takeoffs, and gather on-site measurements
• Develop itemized material, labor, and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare bid packages and assist in final proposal submission
• Collaborate with PMs, vendors, and purchasing teams
• Track and apply historical data for future estimating
• Prepare change orders, track cost trends, and manage estimating database
• Attend pre-construction and bid qualification meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and reps

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable with job walks, blueprint reading, and takeoffs
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with EDGE estimating software is a plus
• Team player mindset, open to learning and improving
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
