Position: Commercial Roofing Operations Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (Base Salary) + Bonuses
Industry: Commercial Roofing (Low-Slope)
Tiello has partnered with a well-established Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Phoenix, AZ market that is seeking a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead field operations, scheduling, and quality control across their project portfolio. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise a team of Superintendents, Project Managers, and Admin staff.
- Oversee performance of each Superintendent, ensuring accountability across all job functions.
- Provide support and training to team members where needed, ensuring consistent performance.
- Coordinate and schedule commercial roofing projects efficiently and proactively.
- Lead ongoing improvements to the company`s QA tools and project quality systems.
- Ensure all projects achieve 100% QA completion and daily job documentation.
- Monitor and enforce completion of daily JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses).
- Uphold and build upon the company’s safety-first culture.
- Address issues or delays quickly, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Monitor vehicle camera alerts and enforce protocols as needed.
- Conduct business in line with internal policies, safety standards, and company values.
- Jump in to support operations at all levels—no task too small when the team needs help.

Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of Commercial Roofing Operations or Project Management experience.
- Strong understanding of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, etc.).
- Experience leading field teams and coordinating schedules across multiple active projects.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, quality assurance programs, and administrative workflows.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
