In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position: Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand the service portfolio to drive revenue growth.
• Estimates & Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
• Dispatching & Project Coordination: Manage and dispatch daily labor schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation for service projects.
• Branch Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective customer interaction.
• Financial Accountability: Control project margins by monitoring costs, managing purchase orders, and minimizing overtime.
• Safety Leadership: Implement and enforce all safety protocols, focusing on OSHA compliance and fall protection.
• Hands-On Support: Provide on-site leadership, troubleshoot issues, and step in as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Fleet & Driver Management: Ensure all drivers maintain a clean MVR while managing fleet operations. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Financial Oversight: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
• Roofing Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofs.
• Dispatch & Scheduling: Skilled in labor scheduling and team management.
• Safety Compliance: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client management.
• Estimating: Experience preparing estimates and proposals.
