Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman - Production

Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation: $28-$37/hr (DOE)

Tiello is currently partnered with a highly respected and well-established commercial roofing company in their search for a Production Roofing Foreman to help lead a field team on large commercial and industrial projects in the Columbus, OH region.

Role Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Foreman serves as the on-site management representative and is responsible for supervising all aspects of commercial roofing projects. This role oversees daily operations, directs assigned crews, ensures work meets quality and safety standards, and maintains compliance with all specifications, policies, and regulations.

Project Types: High Rises, Institutions, Property Managements, Education, Manufacturing/Warehouses

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain quality control, job site cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee proper use, handling, and storage of roofing materials and equipment
• Maintain and report project progress, crew performance, and site conditions
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in personnel management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing; journeyman-level knowledge required
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Working knowledge of roofing systems, tools, materials, and safety protocols
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver`s license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
