Compensation: $200,000 base + Profit Sharing + Full Benefits

About the Role

Tiello is partnered with a nationally recognized and rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team in Seattle, WA.

This is a pivotal C-level role designed for a proven Integrator with direct experience overseeing $50M+ in commercial roofing operations. The COO will be responsible for scaling the company’s systems, aligning operations with strategic growth initiatives, and driving efficiency, profitability, and culture across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals.
• Oversee $50M+ in roofing operations, with responsibility for profit & loss, resource allocation, and organizational structure.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to execute the company’s vision and long-term strategy.
• Build and scale operational systems, processes, and KPIs to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and high performance across multiple divisions and branches.
• Mentor and develop senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Represent the company with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in commercial roofing leadership, with C-Level, VP, or equivalent executive experience.
• Proven background as an Integrator, aligning teams and operations to scale rapidly growing organizations.
• Experience overseeing $50M+ annual revenue operations in construction or commercial roofing.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, profitability, and cultural alignment.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and ability to execute complex growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems, markets, and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000 +
