Compensation: $28-$35/hour

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform all phases of commercial carpentry work, including metal and wood framing, backing, blocking, and trim.
• Install doors, frames, and hardware with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Work independently or with a team to complete assigned tasks on time and to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite and comply with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Strong proficiency in framing, drywall backing, and door/hardware installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately.
• Familiar with construction tools, power equipment, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as required.
