This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a leader in the commercial roofing industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in commercial roofing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to create accurate and competitive proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, roofing systems, and best practices to effectively present the company’s value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the commercial roofing or construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Modified Bitumen (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking software (experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
